LFYH Coaches Registration

Selected to Coach for the 2025-26 Season?

Once the LFYH Board has approved the PDC selected coaches for the 2025-26 season, please complete the bullet points below. These are required by USA and MN hockey to coach.

Prior to taking the ice:

1. Register with USA as a Coach (required annually)

2. Submit a LFYH Coaching Registration (will be available at a later date)

3. Complete a background check (required every 2 years)

4. Complete safe sport (required annually)

5. Complete the age module (required once per level)

6. Complete concussion training (required every two years)

7.) Find and register for a CEP Coaching clinic (does not need to be completed, but you do need to register for one)

Prior to December 31st:

Attend CEP coaching class (required annually-guidance will be provided on whether or not you need to complete this step) NOTE: No CEP classes will be available after Dec 15th this year, so do not wait until the last minute!!
